after school programs
Covenant Day School offers two after school programs. The After School Enrichment Program (ASEP) is available until 6:00 p.m. for children in TK through 8th grade. TK and Kindergarten students have the option to stay after school up to five days a week in C1 (Colossians 1).
Covenant Day School’s After School Enrichment Program (ASEP) seeks to offer a nurturing Christ-centered after school alternative for children in TK through 8th grade. Our program includes a variety of activities including sports, outside games, arts and crafts, snacks, and homework help. ASEP offers quality child care for children ages TK through 8th grade until 6:00 p.m.
Late Pick Up
All students who have not been picked up by the end of carpool will be taken to the After School Programs room in Building B. As a courtesy, the first late pick up fee is waived. Thereafter, parents will be charged a late pick up fee. Please come to pick up your child(ren) with your payment ready.
TK and Kindergarten students have the option to stay after school up to five days a week in C1 (Colossians 1). C1 is our bridge program that goes from the end of the TK/K day at 12:45 p.m. to the end of the Lower School day at 2:55 p.m. (2:30 p.m. on Wednesdays).
Registration
Parents are encouraged to indicate which days their child will attend when they register for the program. However, the C1 tuition is on a pay-as-you-go basis and changes may be made if necessary. Drop-ins are welcome, space permitting. If you would like your TK or Kindergarten student to drop-in, you need to register them and then call the Lower School office to reserve a spot as needed.
